Temples

"Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies."  I reflect on this daily with what I choose to look at, listen to, eat and do with my body.  No one is perfect but our goal is to be perfected daily by dying to our fleshly desires and this can only be done with a power stronger than ourselves.
