"Reversed"
This piece is about a woman who wears the lamb skin. She is trying to gut the idea of God,
she is the wolf in sheep's clothing with all the allure, yet her skin lacks the luster of life, her
hair is weighted down, her eyes are void of essence. She holds a skull that represents death.
The skulls behind her represent those who die never finding the truth because in their journey they simply followed what seemed to be beautiful never knowing the heart of the purpose. The woman on the right is holding a lamb that is looking at her adoringly representing a relationship tightly wrapped in her bosom to reveal the intimate bond. Although the woman on the left crouches in to hide her darkness the one on the right is protecting what is sacred to her. She holds a light to lead those who take her lead to die to their flesh representing the sacrifice we all must make to connect in a relationship with a power greater than ourselves and in doing so we must make ourselves less to serve others fully.
