Barbie Bowl

With the holiday season quickly approaching we've been loading up on immune system boosters full of antioxidants, probiotics and enzymes.  

Here's a super easy smoothie bowl that's oh-so-good, the Barbie Bowl!

Ingredients:

Bowl-

1c plain unsweetened organic coconut yogurt

2 1/2 organic frozen bananas

1c organic frozen raspberries

1 tbsp raw local honey

*a splash or rosewater-optional

All organic toppings-

frozen blueberries

frozen raspberries

coconut flakes

almond slices

freeze dried raspberries

*add yogurt covered goji berries and/or chocolate covered hemps seeds

Grab your BFF and enjoy immediately!
